SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 155 "An Act                                                                              
relating to exploration and mining rights; relating to annual labor                                                             
requirements with respect to mining claims and related leases; relating                                                         
to statements of annual labor; defining 'labor'; and providing for an

Senator Micciche, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 1837.                                                            
Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                                            
further objection, CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
